Brooklyn Artists Ball

Brooklyn Museum

The Brooklyn Museum’s 2020 Artists Ball was to honor the artist JR and entrepreneur and Studio 54 cofounder Ian Schrager (ultimately, the April 2020 event was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic). We partnered with David Stark Design to extend the evening’s decor into a full identity, which included a printed invitation set, an email campaign suite, and various animations for social media.

The design and typography draw inspiration from the disco era’s celebrated nightclub and exhibition, Studio 54: Night Magic, replete with reflections and bursts of sensation and light.
